THE HIVE GLOBAL EVENTS

MEET THE TWO BEES

The Hive Global Events is built on collaboration, creativity and community. Led by two bees, our Founder LaLa and our Business Partner Natalie Amma, the partnership brings together lived experience, strategic thinking and a shared passion for creating meaningful spaces for people to connect.

Working side by side, LaLa and Natalie Amma combine their strengths to design and deliver events that are welcoming, purposeful and memorable. Their partnership reflects the true spirit of a hive, teamwork, support and collective impact.

The Hive Global Events hosts a range of experiences including respite events for SEND parents, carers and their allies, offering much needed moments of rest, joy and connection. From relaxed wellbeing gatherings and social celebrations to uplifting community experiences, each event is thoughtfully created to give parents and carers the opportunity to recharge and feel supported.

Alongside community centred events, The Hive also delivers corporate and collaborative events, working with organisations that value inclusion, wellbeing and community engagement. In addition to hosting their own events, LaLa and Natalie Amma also work as event managers and coordinators, supporting other organisations to plan, deliver and elevate their events with professionalism, creativity and expert coordination.
